How RunOrder looks and sounds: the logo, colours, type and voice. Use it for the apps, the website, store listings, social posts and anything printed.
The logo
The mark is a rounded tile with three lines of a run sheet cut out of it, read top to bottom, the way a guest sees the day in RunOrder:
It belongs to the same family as Polychrome's other apps, such as Check90: one colour, a rounded tile, an idea cut out. That's why it works at any size, as an app icon, and on paper.
RunOrder is one word with a capital R and a capital O. Never "Run Order", "Runorder" or "RUNORDER". It means the order the day runs in, so a run sheet that stays in order even when the day doesn't.
The logo with the name: the mark is as tall as the capitals plus a little, with a gap of about half its width. The name is bold, in the system font.
Versions
Green on dark. The main version.
Deep green on white or light backgrounds.
White on photos and other colours.
Navy for one-colour printing.
App icon: the green mark on navy. The stores and phones round the corners.
In the apps the mark follows each person's accent colour (Settings › Accent colour). Everywhere else it's green.
Space and size
Keep clear space of at least a quarter of the mark's width on every side. Nothing else goes in it: no text, no edges, no other logos.
It holds up down to 16 pixels (a browser tab). In print, keep it at least 8 mm wide.
Colour
Mostly navy (or white in light mode), with green for the things people tap and the mark. Amber means time: running late and countdowns.

Type
RunOrder uses each device's system font: San Francisco on iPhone and Mac, Roboto on Android, Segoe UI on Windows. It's fast, clear at small sizes, and feels at home on every phone. Nothing to license or load.
Everyone on the same page.

The person reading is often busy and on the day itself. RunOrder talks like an organised friend with a clipboard: plain words, short sentences, the useful thing first.
