Credits, the free beta and refunds

Free beta

RunOrder is currently in a free beta. If you have a beta code, enter it on your events page after signing in. You can then create as many events as you like until the beta ends. We'll give plenty of notice before it does.

Credits

• Each event uses one credit of its type (wedding, conference or recital).
• A credit covers the whole event: editing, sharing, alerts and running late.
• Credits don't expire.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
