Share your event with guests

Send one link to guests, attendees or parents. No account needed.

  1. 1Open your event and make sure your changes are saved.
  2. 2Use the share link button to copy the guest link.
  3. 3Send it however suits you: text, email, a QR code on the invitation or programme, or your event website.
  • Guests don't need an account. They just open the link.
  • When you save changes, guests see them within about a minute.
  • When you use Running late, guests see the new times straight away and anyone with alerts on gets a notification.

Anyone with the link can view the event, so avoid putting private details (like home addresses or phone numbers) in it.
