Troubleshooting
Times look wrong, changes aren't showing, or something isn't working.
Guests can't see my changes
Make sure you saved the event. Guests' pages refresh about once a minute, or straight away when they reopen the page.
Times look wrong
RunOrder shows times in each phone's own time zone. Check the phone's date, time and time zone are set automatically.
Alerts aren't arriving
See alerts on iPhone or alerts on Android. Starting-soon reminders are only sent for events that have a date set.
