Delete your RunOrder account
How to delete your account and everything in it, from the app or the website.
You can delete your RunOrder account yourself at any time, in the Android or iPhone app or on the website. It takes effect straight away.
In the app or on the website
- 1Sign in, then open the ☰ menu and tap Settings.
- 2Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- 3Check the account and the number of events shown, type DELETE and confirm.
What's deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- All your events, their guest links and alert settings, and their logos.
- Your unused credits and beta access.
- Your messages to us and our replies.
Guest links to your events stop working. Records of purchases are kept without your name or email, where the law requires us to keep them.
Can't sign in?
Send us a message using the contact form from the email address on the account, and we'll delete it for you.
